Indian Head Massage or Champissage uses the art of Ayurvedic healing which has been practised in India for more than 1,000 years.

Indian Head Massage was first introduced into the UK by Dr. Narendra Mehta who was based here early in the 1970s.  As he missed his regular head massages he decided to teach his skill, extending it to include the neck, shoulders and upper back.

In India massage of this type is an integral part of family life and is said to be passed-on from parent to child.  Indian Head  Massage  uses a series
